Itemise costing for each activity
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
Overview:
I work in a school and have a book of activities to run through with the children. I need to itemise each activity and find out the cost per pupil. So, I’ve put together some slides to help me with this. If you think there’s a better way to display this, I’m open to hearing your ideas.
To do:
1. Read activity (I’ll provide photos from an activity book). Each activity is 2 pages. 44 activities are required to be completed.
a. I’ve provided a sample powerpoint slide of 3 completed activity slides and 2 uncompleted activity slides.
2. List all the items needed for each activity
3. Cost each item, adding the cost at the end of each listing, including a hyperlink of each item in the cost amount. (see attached examples)
a. When including the cost, it needs to be for the cost of the amount of items needed for each activity and not the price of the total amount (if the total amount includes more than what is required for each activity.
i. For example: If an activity requires x2 sticks and a pack of 100 sticks costs £50, this means x1 sticks costs 50p and x2 sticks cost £1. Don’t put down x2 sticks as £50 and, don’t put x100 sticks as £50 because 100 sticks are needed for the activity.
b. Once all the items have been listed, please provide total cost for each activity (see attached examples). The cost should be under £10, in some cases it will be more, but never more than £15.
c. All items should be available from Amazon.co.uk (dispatched from Amazon) or from Ebay.co.uk (from sellers based in the UK with eBay Premium Service and eBay Money Back Guarantee) or from hobbycraft.co.uk .
4. Once all the pricing is complete, please add any random image from google images, just display what type of activity it.
