Invoices need to be changed from business to personal

I have a small number of invoices which were sent to clients. The invoices have been paid but I need to reissue them to the clients without the company name because the company is dormant.

I will send you the invoices and ask you to create new invoices with all the same details but without the company name on them. The only other difference will be that it should state clearly on each invoice
