Indian Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I run a small consultancy that juggles client demos, internal sprint reviews, and the inevitable last-minute change requests. To keep everything flowing I need someone based in India who can combine solid administrative discipline with a comfort level around basic technology planning.
The day-to-day starts with triaging a busy inbox, flagging priorities, drafting quick replies when it makes sense, and slotting confirmed meetings into a shared Google Calendar. You’ll also own the follow-ups—nudging stakeholders, rescheduling clashes, and making sure reminder emails actually fire. All of this happens inside Google Workspace and, when a client insists on a .docx attachment or a quick spreadsheet, Microsoft Office.
Because many of my clients lean on us for first-line questions (“Why won’t the VPN connect?” or “Which license tier covers feature X?”) I need you to step in with light technical support: basic troubleshooting, documenting recurring issues, and escalating to me or the vendor when it moves beyond the obvious fixes. A working grasp of how tech roadmaps, launch checklists, and license renewals fit together will help you track action items without constant direction.
I keep conversations quick and focused, so we’ll sync primarily through instant messaging—usually WhatsApp during the day and Slack for internal chat. When something is truly urgent, a quick voice note is the norm.
If you’re organised, comfortable switching between Outlook and Gmail shortcuts, and enjoy untangling small tech hiccups before they snowball, you’ll fit right in.
