Government Office Manager Needed
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking for an experienced administrative professional who can step into a government office environment and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The core of the role is Office Management with a heavy focus on scheduling all departmental meetings, public-facing appointments, and ensuring every calendar entry is airtight. In parallel, you’ll supervise a small team of clerical staff, guiding their daily tasks, approving time-off requests, and maintaining an efficient, positive workflow.
You’ll coordinate closely with department heads, so confidence with standard office software, shared calendars, and quick decision-making is essential. While your main priorities are scheduling and staff oversight, there will be occasional crossover into supply tracking and general clerical support when workloads spike, so flexibility is appreciated.
Success will be measured by:
• Zero conflicts across executive and public appointment calendars.
• Clearly documented staff rosters and performance checkpoints delivered on time.
• Noticeable improvements in turnaround time for internal requests within the first month.
If you have a solid background in government or public-sector administration, excel at multitasking, and enjoy leading a small team, I’d like to hear how you can help keep our office running at its best.
