Gmail Lead & Inbox Assistant - 27/12/2025 18:25 EST
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a DJ and photo-booth rental company and need light admin support so I can stay focused on bookings and gigs. The core of the job is inside my Gmail inbox: flagging and answering new booking enquiries, organising threads, and keeping response times fast and professional. I’m looking for ongoing monthly support. Please bid on a month price. It’s really light work.
Beyond inbox management, I want to grow traffic by email-based outreach only. Each week you’ll research and build a list of event planners, wedding coordinators, corporate HR contacts, schools—anyone likely to need a DJ or photo booth—then send a short, personalised introduction from my account. I’ll provide brand guidelines, rate cards, and starter templates; you refine the copy and schedule polite follow-ups.
Deliverables
• Daily Gmail review with a brief summary of important items
• Draft or send replies to booking enquiries (initially with my approval)
• Weekly spreadsheet of qualified leads with contact emails
• Outreach emails sent, tracked, and labelled in Gmail for easy reporting
Success means a tidy inbox, prompt customer replies, and a steady flow of warm leads I can close. Tools in play include Gmail, Google Sheets, and whichever lead-sourcing extensions you prefer (Hunter, Apollo, etc.). If you’re organised, concise, and enjoy email outreach, let’s get started this week.
