General VA for Shopify E-commerce Brand - $5/hr + Bonuses
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We're seeking a reliable General Virtual Assistant to handle daily operational tasks for our growing Shopify e-commerce brand in the health & wellness space. This is a long-term position requiring 2-3 hours per day, 7 days a week.
What You'll Do:
• Daily admin tasks including data entry, spreadsheet updates, and order tracking
• Maintain internal dashboards and Google Sheets trackers
• Light customer support backup when needed
• Daily Slack standups with task lists and wrap-ups
• Follow video-recorded SOPs for recurring processes
• Light research tasks (competitor pricing, product research)
• Flag patterns and issues for process improvement
Requirements:
• E-commerce/Shopify experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written English communication
• Available 7 days per week including weekends
• Self-managing and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Slack, ClickUp, Gmail, Google Workspace, Shopify
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Flexible daily schedule (workload varies 2-3 hours)
Deliverables:
• Daily task completion and Slack updates
• Accurate data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
• Timely customer support responses when assigned
• Process documentation and SOP creation
• Weekly performance reports
Compensation Structure:
• Base rate: $5/hour for 14-21 hours per week
• Multiple monthly bonuses available (attendance, quality, proactivity)
• Automatic raise to $6/hour after 90 days
• Further raise to $7/hour after 6 months
• Promotion opportunities as we scale
This is an hourly position with consistent weekly work and clear growth potential. We pay on time every week and value long-term team members who deliver excellent results.
