Full-Time Admin Assistant NY
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run a busy New-York–based service company and I’m looking for a sharp, detail-oriented administrative assistant in the Philippines who can mirror our office hours Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern.
Day-to-day you’ll live in Gmail—sorting, prioritising, and drafting clear replies so every client message gets the attention it deserves. Throughout the day you’ll also keep our internal records squeaky-clean by entering new jobs, updating status notes, and double-checking data for accuracy. Much of our work happens out in the field, so you’ll be the bridge between the office and our technicians: confirming job details, relaying rush requests, and making sure nothing slips when deadlines get tight.
Success in this role hinges on three things: rock-solid organisation, excellent time management, and the calm confidence to juggle urgent tasks without breaking a sweat. If you already feel at home inside Google Workspace—especially Gmail—and you have a reliable connection plus a quiet space to take the occasional call, you’ll ramp up quickly.
Daily outcomes I expect:
• Inbox at zero or clearly triaged by close of business
• All job data entered or updated within the same shift
• Field staff fully briefed on new or changed assignments, including any rush work
If that sounds like a routine you can own, I’d love to hear how your experience lines up.
