Freelance Administrative Assistant Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
We’ve got projects flying in across events, podcasts, websites, and social. We're looking for a self-employed contractor or freelancer who wants to be part of something exciting and fast-paced. Expect around 15 to 20 hours a week, spread over 5 to 6 days, with flexibility to set your own schedule.
This isn’t a traditional VA gig. It’s a versatile support role across three growing brands:
STRIVE Conference (striveconference.com) – our industry-leading short-term rental events in Australia and New Zealand
The Accommodation Show (theaccommodationshow.com) – our global podcast connecting accommodation pros
iBooked.online (ibooked.online) – where we help hosts grow direct bookings with websites, content, and strategy
What You’ll Be Doing
Admin and data wrangling – keeping content, spreadsheets, and client info clean and current
Social media scheduling – posting, tweaking, and optimising content across TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Basic WordPress editing – uploading pages using Elementor (we’ll guide you if needed)
Event coordination – assisting with logistics, comms, and planning for STRIVE
Inbox and diary support – keeping calendars and priorities running smoothly
Creative brainstorming – sharing ideas to help hosts, speakers, and brands shine
