Our company has reached the point where a dependable extra pair of hands will make a real difference to our day-to-day flow. The role is intentionally broad because the needs that pop up can shift from week to week—one day it may be light inbox management, the next it could be updating a simple spreadsheet, placing follow-up calls, or posting a prepared update on social media. None of the tasks are technically complex; what matters is consistency, clear communication, and a willingness to step in where needed.
I am offering a generous, stable pay structure because I value reliability and long-term collaboration over one-off gigs. Time-zone overlap is helpful but not mandatory; as long as deadlines are met and messages are answered promptly, you can work when you’re most productive.
