Experienced NDIS Admin Support (Must have experience)
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I run an Australian disability services practice and need ongoing, intermediate-level help from someone who already understands the rules, language and daily realities of the NDIS. The immediate focus is threefold: keeping participant plans up to date and compliant, generating and lodging accurate invoices, and taking care of the everyday paperwork that keeps my business audit-ready.
You’ll be inside the NDIS environment every day—tracking plan budgets, preparing service agreements, submitting claims, reconciling remittances and handling any follow-up with the MyPlace portal. Clear, well-timed communication matters just as much as accuracy; I want participants and support workers to feel informed without having to chase for updates.
I’m flexible on scheduling because there’s no hard deadline, but reliability is essential and I do expect regular progress reports so nothing slips through. If you’re comfortable with all standard NDIS admin tasks and confident you can keep things running smoothly without a steep learning curve, let’s talk about how we can get started.
