Executive PA for CEO
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
My day moves quickly and I need a proactive PA who can keep every plate spinning without a wobble. Your core focus will be maintaining an accurate, conflict-free calendar, triaging and drafting email responses, and arranging complex travel itineraries from flights to ground transfers.
When priorities shift you will also step in to plan small-scale events, pull together concise research or status reports before key meetings, and handle occasional personal errands that free me to stay on strategy.
We’ll stay in touch almost entirely through messaging apps—WhatsApp and Slack are my go-to channels—so I expect prompt, clear updates during UK business hours.
Deliverables I rely on:
• A live, up-to-date calendar with brief agendas attached
• An end-of-day inbox summary highlighting anything that needs my direct input
• Confirmed travel documents and a neatly organised itinerary
• Short, well-sourced research briefs and smooth event execution when requested
Discretion, polished written English, and fluency with Google Workspace, Outlook, and popular booking tools (Concur, TripActions, etc.) are essential. When you respond, share an example of how you anticipated an executive’s needs and the tools you used to solve them.
