Executive Assistant for Director
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m a director with a demanding, rapidly changing agenda, and I need reliable day-to-day support that keeps everything running smoothly. Your focus will be threefold:
• Administrative control – maintaining files, preparing brief reports, updating spreadsheets or slide decks, and keeping digital records tidy.
• Calendar & scheduling – coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, sending confirmations, and anticipating conflicts before they arise.
• Communication management – drafting or filtering emails, preparing concise summaries of calls, and making sure stakeholders always receive timely, professional responses.
Whenever travel is required, you’ll take ownership of the entire itinerary: flights, hotels, ground transport, visa checks, and last-minute changes, all delivered with cost-effective options for approval before booking.
To do this effectively you should be comfortable switching between Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets). If you also know your way around tools like Trello or Asana, that extra flexibility will come in handy as projects expand.
Success in this role means my inbox is organized, my diary is predictable, and every trip runs like clockwork—all without me needing to chase updates.
