Excel Entry From Meeting Notes
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
My handwritten meeting notes—usually a page or two of continuous paragraphs—need to be turned into a clean, well-organized Excel sheet that highlights the tasks and responsibilities discussed. Accuracy matters more than speed; every assignment, owner, and due date mentioned in the notes has to appear in the spreadsheet exactly as written.
Here’s how I picture the workflow:
• I scan and upload each set of notes (PDF or JPG).
• You read through the paragraphs, extract every action item with its responsible person and any dates, then place them in clearly labeled columns (e.g., Task, Owner, Deadline, Comments).
• Before sending the final file, double-check spelling, maintain the original wording for task descriptions, and avoid adding extra interpretation.
Deliverable:
1. One Excel workbook per batch of notes, formatted so I can filter or sort by owner and deadline without further tweaks.
I’ll review by spot-checking against the originals, so attention to detail is the key acceptance criterion. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get started.
