Daily Scheduling & CMS Data Entry
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a dependable pair of hands to handle two recurring admin tasks for me every single day.
First, you will take charge of my appointment calendar: confirming bookings, slotting in new client calls, reshuffling when conflicts pop up, and making sure time-zone differences never cause a mix-up. I currently use Google Calendar, but I’m open to suggestions if you already work faster in another scheduling tool.
Second, I need fresh information entered into our content management system each day. You will log in, add or update records, double-check categories and tags, and hit publish or save only when everything is accurate. The CMS is straightforward (similar to WordPress), yet it demands precision so links, images, and metadata stay consistent.
Daily Deliverables
• All appointments for the next 48 hours confirmed or rescheduled as needed
• New or updated CMS entries completed with correct formatting, tags, and links
• Brief end-of-day note summarising what was scheduled and how many records you processed
Consistency, attention to detail, and clear written English are essential. If you’re organised, fast, and comfortable working inside a CMS and online calendar, let’s get started.
