Customer Intake and Scheduling - 27/12/2022 16:30 EST -- 2

I am looking for someone to monitor an incoming chat channel, and schedule appointments based on rules we have defined. (For example, a certain type of job in a certain zip code can be scheduled with specific people at defined times.)

This could be a full time role for the right person - someone who can quickly respond and get the incoming requests onto the calendar efficiently.
