Copy-Paste Publishing Assistant(s) for a Nonprofit — 200 Listings/Day Catch-Up, Then Ongoing All Summer (Fully Prepared Content, Manual Only)

Category / skills: Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, Copy Typing

Description:

We're a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit that arranges services for seniors, veterans, disabled neighbors, and families facing hardship. We've built an internal system that automatically writes a recruiting listing for every neighbor who needs help — privacy-screened, fully composed, ready to go. What we need is a human publishing partner (individual or small team) who copies each prepared listing from our private dashboard and pastes it onto a well-known volunteer-recruitment website, by hand.

Why by hand? Compliance. The destination website's terms require listings to be reviewed and published by a real person. So this role is 100% manual and that's non-negotiable: no bots, no scrapers, no browser automation, no macros, no scripts — ever. Any automation ends the engagement immediately. ** You are the human in the middle; that's the entire point of the role. **

The task, precisely. Each listing on the destination site is a 5-page form with about 25 fields (title, description, location, time commitment, screening questions, category tags, etc.). Sounds heavy — it isn't:

We supply every field. Each card on our dashboard shows the exact text for all 25 fields, page by page, in the same order as the form. You never write, guess, or improvise anything.
~21 of the 25 fields are identical every time. The site has a "duplicate listing" feature — after your first listing, you duplicate and change only what's unique: the title (each carries its own reference code that must be pasted exactly, never shortened), the description, the city, and the photo.
The photo is one click. Our dashboard generates a custom image per listing — click download, upload to the form, done.

After publishing, click "Mark posted ✓" on our dashboard. Our system verifies it automatically — that's how completed work is counted.
With rhythm, each listing takes 2–4 minutes: duplicate → paste title → paste description → set city → download/upload photo → publish → mark posted.

The volume, in two phases:

Phase 1 — Catch-up: ~3,000 listings at ~200/day (roughly 3 weeks). This clears our 90-day backlog of neighbors waiting for help.

Phase 2 — Ongoing: ~25–50/day for the rest of the summer at least, as new requests arrive daily. Strong Phase 1 performers get first claim on this follow-up project.

Teams welcome. 200/day is a full focused day for one person — so if you run a small team, our dashboard is built for it: each teammate types their name, claims a batch of listings with one click, and those listings leave everyone else's queue. Assignments are exclusive, so two people can never post the same listing. You split the day's 200 however you like.

What this is NOT: no writing, no research, no calls, no customer contact, no handling of personal data (our system strips all of that before you ever see a listing). Accuracy beats speed — we spot-check, and reference codes must match character-for-character.

Access: you'll be invited to the destination site under our organization's account with your own login, plus a password link to our dashboard. Nothing to install.

Pay & structure: Quote us your flat daily rate for 200 completed listings (a "completed listing" = published on the site and marked posted on our dashboard, where it's verified automatically; partial days pro-rated). Also quote your rate for the Phase 2 maintenance pace (25–50/day). We start with a small paid trial batch of 10 listings to confirm fit before awarding the ongoing work.

To apply: start your proposal with the word MOWER so we know you read this. Then: (1) Your high-volume form/data-entry experience — where? (2) Confirm in your own words that this must be done entirely by hand, no automation of any kind. (3) Your flat rate for one day of 200 completed listings, your Phase 2 rate, and whether you're solo or a team (how many people, hours, timezone).
