VA Chat Support Agent | 8 hr x 6 days | Freshers Welcome

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated full-time virtual assistant to join our customer service team. Our company, based in Noida, India with a satellite office in Davao, Philippines, primarily serves international inbound BPO clients. As part of our strategic plan to reduce operational costs for some of our smaller clientele, we are expanding our remote workforce.

Position: Entry-Level Customer Service Virtual Assistant
Shift: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm OR 5:30pm to 1:30am (India Standard Time)

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via live chat and tickets
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Crisp, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Tawk

Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a long-term engagement
- Availability to work 8 hours per day
- PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection

Compensation:
- Initial monthly salary of 25K to 30K INR (or equivalent) depending on your experience, with the potential to increase up to 50K INR as you gain experience and manage new accounts
Quarterly assessments to add job responsibilities and earn more
- Opportunity to earn bonus and leaves after 6 months of continuity
