Business Support Partner Needed
Budget: €10,000 – €20,000 EUR
I run a growing company and need a dependable partner who can remove day-to-day friction for the core team. Because most of us work across European and U.S. time zones, I’m looking for someone already in those regions so we share real-time overlap. Clear, confident English is a must; our meetings, documents, and client calls all happen in English, and I’ll count on you to handle them with ease.
The exact mix of tasks will shift, but you can expect a blend of administrative coordination, light customer-facing work, and the occasional marketing or research assignment—anything from inbox triage and scheduling to updating slides, following up with prospects, or chasing suppliers for paperwork. Whatever keeps us focused on revenue-producing work, you’ll be the one making it happen.
How we’ll work:
• A brief Monday call sets the weekly priorities.
• You handle the tasks autonomously, asking questions whenever something is unclear.
• Each Friday you send a concise summary of what’s done, what’s blocked, and what’s coming next.
We keep tools simple—Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello—so if you’re already comfortable there, you’ll fit right in.
Deliverable: responsive, accurate completion of the agreed weekly task list, backed by clear Friday reports.
If this sounds like a match, tell me where you’re based, your typical online hours, and a recent example of similar remote support work you’ve handled successfully. Let’s set up a quick video chat to see if we click.
