Build me an Admin skills test for hiring
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are a Singapore deep tech start-up in the HR Technology space.
Currently, we’re looking for subject matter experts to create skills test questions for use in hiring of Administration related roles. Some of the topics we are looking to cover are as follows but not limited to:
-Strategic Problem Solving
-Effective Professional Communications (includes email writing)
-Time & Calendar Management
-Working with data
-Microsoft skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
-Attention to detail
-Any other topics deem fit to be covered
The Test Content Developer will take on a unique role by assisting in the research and development of skills test questions designed for hiring purposes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the competencies and practical skillsets required to excel as a professional in their own area of domain. With in-depth industrial knowledge, he/she will be able to create test topics and design relevant test questions to assess the competencies required to meet the hiring needs of the different roles.
