Bilingual Business Facilitator & Executive Assistant (Tbilisi)

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a 'sharp, highly organized, and proactive' Business Facilitator & Executive Assistant (Bilingual) to serve as the critical on-the-ground coordinator for a new luxury Contemporary Bar project launching in Tbilisi. This role is a hybrid of executive & personal assistance.
The ideal candidate knows Tbilisi inside out: Knows the social and business landscape, navigates Georgian system with ease, and seamlessly bridges the gap between local vendors and stakeholders. Possesses a "go-getter" attitude!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A) Schedule Management: Own the master schedule; book, confirm, and manage appointments with local operators, banks, legal advisors, and others as required on behalf of owner.
B) Meetings: Attend client and supplier meetings.
C) Translation & Interpretation: Provide fluent Georgian-to-English (and vice versa) verbal interpretation during meetings and written translation.
D) Administrative Support: Support with Administrative Processes related to Bank Account Opening, Utility Accounts (i.e. Electricity, water, gas, internet).
E) Property Scouting: Locate and schedule physical viewings for residential and commercial properties.
F) Support with Local Culture Integration.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Part Time (P/T) Role in August/Sep. Potential for full-time (F/T) role in the future, depending on performance.
- Performance-Based Bonus** Offered.
- Remote Role in August. Hybrid Role Starting in September (2 days in-person).
