Hiring: Automation + Systems Developer (VS Code / Replit / Web Ops)

We’re building a fast-growing operations platform that powers real-world services across multiple cities.

We’re looking for someone who can move fast, troubleshoot anything, and build/maintain automations.

What You’ll Do

* Debug and fix issues across our platform (frontend + backend)
* Work inside VS Code and Replit environments
* Maintain and improve systems (jobs, runs, dispatch, payments)
* Build automations, scripts, and headless workflows
* Connect APIs (payments, messaging, internal tools)
* Identify problems before they break things
* Work directly with leadership to execute quickly

Requirements

* Strong experience with VS Code
* Comfortable working in Replit
* JavaScript / Node.js (required)
* Experience with APIs and webhooks
* Fast debugging and problem-solving ability
* Ability to operate without perfect documentation

Nice to Have

* Automation tools (Zapier, cron jobs, custom scripts)
* Database experience (Supabase, Firebase, etc.)
* Internal tools or dashboard experience
* AI agents or workflow automation
