It must meet the following requirements:

Color: The applicant's photograph must be in full color.
Position: The applicant must be front-facing; the face and shoulders must be visible and straight, not at an angle.
Resolution: Make sure the image is clear and provided in high resolution.
Eyes: Eyes must be open and fully visible (no red eye accepted) and no hair obscuring the face.
Forehead and ears: Your forehead and both ears must be visible.
Glasses: Prescription glasses if worn, should be clear and thin framed and should not have flash reflection or conceal the eyes. Please note that photos with sunglasses are not accepted.
Ornaments: Head coverings, headdresses, hair, or facial ornaments should not obscure the face.
Facial Expression: The facial expression must be neutral, not smiling, and your teeth must not be visible.
Shadows: There must not be reflections, shadows, or glares in the photo.
Natural Tone: Washed-out, artificial or unnatural color is not accepted.
Recent: The photo must be recent (i.e., taken within the last 6 months). Please do not crop the photo from your passport.
Studio photo: Only studio-taken photos will be accepted.
