Angel Investor Outreach Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a detail-oriented helper to drive our angel-investor outreach so we can secure funding for a fast-growing healthtech venture.
Your day-to-day tasks will be straightforward:
• Send personalized emails or LinkedIn messages from the company account.
• Share concise, product-development–focused slide decks and one-pagers (no phone calls).
• Book calls or virtual meetings on my calendar and confirm attendance.
• Log every contact, follow-up date, and outcome in the tracker I provide.
• Take care of light admin duties such as updating Word docs or tweaking PowerPoint slides.
You’ll thrive in this role if you write clearly, stay organized, and enjoy proactive communication. Prior assistant or secretary experience helps, but a positive, professional tone matters even more. Familiarity with email tools, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
