Administrative Remote Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
My daily workload now includes more back-office tasks than hours in the day, so I’m handing off a core slice of routine admin duties. You’ll step in as my remote point of contact, working entirely online with the tools already built into my workflow—Microsoft Office Suite for documents and spreadsheets, Google Workspace for shared drives and calendars, and Trello for task tracking.
The focus is straightforward:
• Email management – monitor the inbox, flag priorities, draft quick replies, archive or label threads, and surface anything that truly needs my attention.
• Data entry – keep spreadsheets, contact lists, and simple databases accurate and up to date, following the templates I provide.
• Scheduling appointments – coordinate meetings, send calendar invites, handle rescheduling conflicts, and confirm attendance with participants.
Clear communication is essential. We’ll sync briefly at the start of each week, and Trello cards will outline deliverables and deadlines so you always know what’s next. Reliability, discretion with sensitive information, and an eye for detail matter more than the time zone you work from—as long as inbox checkpoints happen during my normal business hours.
If you’re comfortable navigating Outlook or Gmail, populating spreadsheets without errors, and juggling calendars like second nature, let’s collaborate.
