Add HS Codes to GACC

I need a native Chinese speaker based in mainland China to submit an official application to GACC so that new HS code is added to our existing import license. All supporting documents are complete and ready; the task is purely the online submission and any follow-up communication with the authorities until the update is approved and reflected on the license.
