admin log in blocked due to reCAPTCHA v3 activated accidently in the admin panel of the website

I am using a readymade script on my website. I was customising the website as per my requirements. As soon as I clicked on enable reCAPTCHA v3, I got accidently logged out from the website and couldn't login again a getting error when trying to log in, when forgetting the password or even creating a new user. Screenshot attached!
I think I have to disable the reCAPTCHA v3 through other method such as Cpanel or PHPmyadmin?
Any idea how we can disable the reCAPTCHA v3 without log in to the website backend as it is not allowing to login.
