Pascal and/or Ada Developer

Seeking an Pascal and Ada developer for periodic consulting on software modifications to a legacy system. Ideally this can be fulfilled by one consultant, but we are willing to separate the work between two consultants if needed in order to hire the right people.
One key requirement is that the consultant(s) must be US Citizens - no exceptions.
