E-Commerce Website Development Brief
I. Project Overview & Brand Strategy

They should be able to operate separately or interlock seamlessly for cross-pollination.

Brand Core Energy / Aesthetic

2. LGHTNUP Activation, Play, Embodiment, Frequency Lift.

II. Technical & Functional Requirements (WordPress/WooCommerce)
A. Platform Core
CMS: WordPress (Self-Hosted/Managed Hosting).

E-commerce: WooCommerce for full shopping cart functionality on both sites (product pages, checkout, payment gateways).

SEO: Sites must be built with Google Keyword Optimization as a priority (clean code, fast loading speeds, proper schema markup, optimized URL structures).

B. Client Management & Database (CRM)
CRM Integration: Implement a robust CRM system (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or a dedicated WordPress plugin like FluentCRM) that manages clientele.

Form Fill Integration: Implement Form Fill functionality (using plugins like Gravity Forms or Fluent Forms) on key pages (contact, lead capture, pop-ups) that automatically inserts data directly into the CRM database.

C. Marketing & Review Automation
Automated Reviews: Implement a system to solicit and manage reviews that can link and synchronize with the Google My Business Page (GMB).

Review Strategy: Utilize a system (e.g., Podium, or a GMB-specific plugin) that encourages customers to leave 4-5 star reviews and directs service/product feedback internally.

D. Content & SEO Structure
Blog/Article System: Easy-to-manage blog functionality on both sites.

Video Content: A dedicated section and easy ability to add new video content (embedded via YouTube/Vimeo) without slowing site performance.

Backlinks: Clear placement for backlinks to social profiles (standard footer/header icons and call-outs within content).

Cross-Pollination:

Implement complimentary product/service cross-links between the ASCEND RX and LGHTNUP sites.

Consistent and harmonized visual elements (footer design, header elements) to signal they are part of the same "frequency system."

III. Logo & Visual Aesthetic Requirements
Designer Note: "The energy we are creating is a frequency system, not a brand locked to age, gender, or trend. Build the visual language from this concept."

A. Logo Design
Requirement: Design two distinct logos—one for ASCEND RX and one for LGHTNUP that can stand alone but visually harmonize (e.g., similar font families, shared geometric principles, or complementary color usage).

B. Visual Aesthetics & Palettes
Brand Palette & Energy (The Vibe) Recommended Design Elements
ASCEND RX Precision, Science, Upward Motion. Clean lines, structured layouts, minimal typography, focus on negative space, use of gradients, elements that imply rising, motion.
LGHTNUP Activation, Play, Embodiment, Frequency Lift. Energetic use of color, fluid or slightly irregular shapes, typography that suggests movement, elements of light and contrast.
