ActiveCampaign Deal Report Automation

I need a set of reusable queries and dashboards that turn the raw Deals data in my ActiveCampaign account into clear deal-progress reports. The goal is to see where every opportunity sits in every pipeline, who owns it, the current and next stage, expected value, and our forecasted close date—all in one place and refreshable on demand.

Key data points to surface
• Deal stages (all stages that already exist in my account)
• Pipeline name (multiple selections)
• Deal owner
• Deal value and currency
• Forecasted close date, plus days overdue or days until close

Preferred flow
1. Pull data directly through the ActiveCampaign API (or the most reliable export method you’re comfortable with).
2. Transform it so each deal appears once per row with the fields above cleanly mapped.
3. Present the results in either a Google Data Studio / Looker Studio dashboard, an Excel or Google Sheets model with pivot capability, or a lightweight BI tool you recommend; I’m flexible as long as updates can run automatically.

Deliverables
• Well-commented API queries or scripts
- Ability to filter/select on specific deal characteristics such as which pipelines to include, the deal owner, etc
• A working dashboard or report template showing live—or easily refreshed—deal progress metrics
• Short hand-off notes so I can edit filters, add new pipelines, or clone the report for another team

Accuracy of stage names and field mapping is my top acceptance criterion; if the numbers in the dashboard match the counts inside ActiveCampaign for every stage on a given date, we’re good.
