Active campaign and email automation

We are looking for someone with extensive minimum (5-7 years of experience) in setting up active campaign and email automations. Creation of master lists along with the automation flow. Should have worked in education sector. Please do send your credentials. We need help in setting up cold email marketing to 100,000 contacts and drip for students who fill the application forms. Target is schools, parents, students etc.

Full knowledge of SPAM rules is important.
