repair microsoft echange

I'm looking for an experienced IT specialist to help repair my Microsoft Exchange server. First of, the server is in a ESXI. I cannot access the console. The only back up a have left is 7-month-old and was functioning back then. Multiple error in the journal. We need and expert in crashes of exchange server to help us understanding and/or fixing our issue. I prefer speaking over the phone, and I'm also open to other methods of communication such as video calls or emails. If you think you're the right person for the job, I'd love to hear from you.
