I need help with VMware, Vsphere, Vcenter lab setup

I have an IT training and cybersecurity school and I want to setup virtual environments for showing students to to configure window's server and Linux server, installing IIS and Apache web server, and using AD and LDAP for login and for setting policies. I want students to be able to login remotely to the virtual.
I am new to this so I don't know how to go about accomplishing this. Thanks
