VDI Host Pool with FSLogix
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop engineer to stand up a new host pool that will power our small-business VDI environment. The pool will run Windows 11 multi-session VMs and must be fully integrated with FSLogix so user profile containers roam cleanly between session hosts.
Here is what I expect:
• A fresh host pool configured in Azure Virtual Desktop, joined to our existing Azure AD / hybrid AD DS.
• FSLogix installed and tuned (profile container on Azure Files or another best-practice share, correct registry settings, GP/Intune policies applied).
• Two Windows 11 session hosts deployed from a custom or standard image, optimised for Office, Teams and line-of-business apps.
• Connection testing to confirm users can sign in, receive their profile, and log off without residual data.
• A brief hand-over document outlining all settings, storage locations, and recommended scaling/maintenance steps.
I will provide the resource group, networking, and storage accounts; you supply the know-how to wire everything together securely and efficiently. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get started.
