IT Support via Telephone and Remote Control
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am looking for someone to provide telephone and remote support for employees of our clients. Primarily Windows workstation support which mostly includes fixing windows settings they have messed up or working with their application vendors to solve application issues.
Most everything we encounter is caused by Windows Updates or operator error.
You would do the phone/remote stuff, we would do the on-site stuff.
Windows Domain and Active Directory knowledge is a huge plus for our needs, it will allow us to send more work your way.
I don't know how long this will last, at least a couple of months for sure. Hours would be variable and as needed. But all work is done between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
