Job Title: Senior SailPoint ISC Developer (Contract)
We're looking for a seasoned Senior SailPoint ISC Developer to jump into a critical implementation project. If you've got a solid track record leading the charge on complex IAM integrations and building out robust SailPoint ISC solutions, we want to talk. This isn't just about maintenance; it's about hands-on development, tackling challenging integrations, and shaping our client's IAM future.
This is a 4-month contract role, with a good chance of extension as the project progresses through its phases.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading Integrations: You'll be the go-to expert for designing and building new connectors for various sources (think BeyondTrust, AWS, Azure, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle EBS, AD). This includes everything from initial discovery to full deployment.
• Custom Solution Development: Crafting custom workflows, rules, and forms within IdentityNow will be a core part of your day, ensuring they align perfectly with business processes.
• Data Integrity: Taking ownership of data cleanup and reconciliation across integrated systems, ensuring data quality is top-notch.
• Governance & Compliance: Playing a key role in improving certification processes and enhancing access governance through advanced workflows and policy implementation.
• Security Focus: Working on RBAC implementation, role model optimization, and establishing robust SOD (Segregation of Duties) policies.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guiding mid-level developers, collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate complex requirements into technical realities.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diving deep into technical issues related to custom code and integrations, and proactively identifying areas for optimization.
What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on development experience with SailPoint, with a strong focus on IdentityNow implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying custom connectors for IdentityNow.
• Deep understanding of IdentityNow features and capabilities, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and access governance.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages commonly used for IdentityNow customizations (e.g., Beanshell for IdentityIQ concepts, but primarily focused on IdentityNow's scripting capabilities).
• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON for integration purposes.
• Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Nice-to-Haves (What will make you stand out):
• Experience with other IAM products or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with IdentityIQ concepts, given the potential for migration or integration considerations.
• Experience with audit log reviews and remediation processes.
