SSO help with ADFS and SecureAuth

We have a website and use ADFS for SSO. Out local network users work fine and passed.
We have a client who uses SecureAuth and added them in as a claims provider.
They authenticate through fine, but none of the claims are coming through. I think it's a claims mapping issue.
Need help resolving this issue.
