Resolve COM, GPO Redirect Errors

Our small LAN runs on Windows Server 2016 Standard with a handful of Windows 11 Pro workstations. A sudden power loss last weekend left two of those PCs throwing constant COM errors, and I am also seeing knock-on GPO and folder-redirection failures. The immediate pain point is the COM problem: custom line-of-business apps and standard Microsoft Office programs crash whenever the redirection faults surface.
I need someone to remote in, isolate the root causes, and return both machines to a clean, reliable state. That means:
• Diagnosing and repairing the COM subsystem issues that appeared after the outage
• Verifying and correcting any GPO or folder-redirection misconfigurations tied to those errors
• Scrubbing the event logs so only current, actionable events remain
• Providing a short hand-off note that explains what you changed so we can keep things stable until our planned server refresh next year
All work will be done during a mutually agreed maintenance window; I can supply VPN or direct-desktop access as required. If you are fluent with Windows Server 2016, Windows 11, Active Directory, and event-log forensics, this should be a concise engagement.
