AD RMS - File Server not initialized properly - cannot open word files
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Have ONSITE AD RMS and have encrypted the File server for files excluding PDF.
Now when I log in to the FileServer and try to open an encrypted document - says "The logged in user could not be authenticated. Please check your credentials or try signing out and then signing back in."
When I use CMD as administrator, and try to decrypt says ".... Failed, RMS client was not initiazed properly for the user ...."
You need to be expert with ADRMS. FileServer must initialise to the AD RMS to allow access to all files
I need to be able to access all files on the FileServer and then to decommission the AD RMS.
When I go to RMS SP2 Administration Toolkit says it cannot connect to SQL.
So if you are familiar with how to run the RMS SP@ Administrator Toolkit and can make the connection to and from ADDC & FileServer, please contact me.
