Microsoft Email Setup & Migration Fix
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am part-way through moving our company from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and have reached a stand-still. The issue is strictly configuration based: Microsoft 365 keeps throwing domain registration errors in the admin console, so the domain won’t verify and nothing else—Outlook, Exchange Online, or Teams—can be finalised.
Here is exactly what I need:
• Clear the domain registration errors inside the Microsoft 365 admin centre, adjusting any DNS (TXT, MX, CNAME, SPF) records so the domain verifies successfully.
• Complete the mailbox migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, bringing across existing email, folders, contacts and calendars with no data loss.
• Configure Outlook and Microsoft Teams so every user can sign in, send/receive mail and schedule meetings on all devices (desktop, web and mobile).
• Provide a brief hand-over note outlining the changes you made and any future-proofing steps.
Acceptance criteria: the domain shows as “verified” in the admin portal, test messages flow bi-directionally, historical mail appears intact in Outlook, and each user can launch Teams without credential loops.
Must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time for online meeting
If you have recent, hands-on experience fixing this exact configuration problem, I’m ready to get started right away.
