Microsoft Email Expert

Recently Microsoft stopped supporting Pop3. The owner of the business refuses to use exchange style email and does not want his phone e-mails syncing with his computer emails. Essentially if he deletes something off his phone he still wants it on his computer email, and vice versa.
We need a Microsoft email expert to help us figure out how to get the business owner’s email sorted one way or another.
