AD LDS Configuration for Multi-Forest Integration

I am looking for an expert in Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS) configuration to help me integrate it with multiple forests and sync users to Cisco Call Manager v15. The key functionalities I need are user authentication across these forests and directory synchronization.
Key requirements:
- Configure a one-way directory synchronization system with Cisco CUCM
- Implement LDAP as the primary authentication protocol for cross-forest user authentication
Skills and experience:
- Proficient in AD LDS configuration
- Extensive knowledge and experience with LDAP
