We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator / Network Engineer to set up and centrally manage our office IT infrastructure.
Total Devices:

10 Laptops
Our team works from office and remote locations, so the solution must support centralized control, secure remote access, and centralized data storage.
Scope of Work
Windows Setup
Install & configure Windows 11 Pro on all 25 devices
Domain join & centralized login
Security hardening, updates, optimization
Microsoft Server Setup
Install & configure 1 Windows Server 2022 as master device
Configure:
Active Directory (Domain Controller)
User & group policies
Central authentication
Centralized Login & User Data
Configure system so:
Any user can log in to any PC or laptop
User can access their files & folders from any device
Implement best-practice solution (Folder Redirection / Roaming / Modern equivalent)
NAS Configuration
Configure NAS for:
Central file storage
User-wise & department-wise permissions
Backup & snapshot policies
Integrate NAS with Active Directory
Sophos Firewall & Remote Access
Configure Sophos Firewall:
Network security rules
VPN for remote users
User-based internet access control
Basic security hardening
Software Installation
Install and configure on all 25 devices:
Microsoft Office (licensed)
AutoCAD (licensed)
Ensure activation, updates, and performance tuning
Testing & Documentation
End-to-end testing of:
User login (office & remote)
File access
Provide basic documentation:
User creation process
Backup overview
Support procedure
1-Year Support (Mandatory)
12 months on-call IT support
Support includes:
Login / access issues
VPN & remote access
NAS access & permissions
AutoCAD / MS Office reinstallation
