IT Infrastructure Consultant Required

I'm seeking a seasoned IT consultant to evaluate and enhance several aspects of my IT infrastructure.

Key Areas of Focus:
- **Failover System**: The highest priority is optimizing and ensuring the reliability of the failover system. An understanding and capability to implement an automatic failover system is crucial.
- **Backup System**: I need comprehensive assistance with the backup system. This includes setup and configuration, as well as monitoring and maintenance. The consultant should also be adept at handling restore and recovery processes when necessary.
- **Additional Components**: While the failover and backup systems are the primary focus, expertise with the Exchange server, active directory, DNS server, DHCP server, and security protocols will also be beneficial.
