My small office runs entirely on Windows 11 PCs tied to a basic Active Directory domain, and day-to-day issues are piling up faster than I can tackle them. I need a seasoned remote troubleshooter who can jump in right away via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar and guide me step-by-step until the problems are closed.
Current pain points
• Desktops that refuse to boot, throw BSODs, or only start in Safe Mode
• Outlook and Office 365 headaches: email sync failures, stalled installs, permission errors, sluggish performance, calendar sync hiccups, and recurring OneDrive pop-ups
• Printers that drop off the network or won’t complete setup
• Shared folders that are invisible, crawl at a snail’s pace, or disconnect without warning
• Light Active Directory tweaks—user/password issues, group membership, and basic policy adjustments
What I expect
When we finish a session the machine should boot normally, Outlook should sync mail and calendars without error, Office apps should launch cleanly, printers must spit out a test page, and every PC should browse shared folders quickly with no random disconnects. I’m ready to start today and happy to schedule multiple short sessions until everything is stable.
