Fix Outlook Email Reception Problem

I am currently experiencing issues with my Microsoft Outlook account, specifically, I am unable to receive emails. Importantly, I haven't made any significant changes that may have resulted in these issues. The ideal freelancer would need:

- Concrete understanding of Microsoft Outlook's settings and protocols
- Capability to work efficiently and resolve the problem swiftly without making major changes in the account settings.
Your main task would be to restore my email reception while ensuring the integrity of the account settings. There does not seem to be a problem with login issues. This project requires attention soon but not immediate. Best if it could be done remotely.
My most recent email message was received in September, 2023. I have sent email to myself as reently as two days ago; none show in IN box or spam.
Microsoft Ambassadors (two) have suggested fixes; none have resolved the problem.
