Exchange Hybrid Configuration & PST Export

I need assistance to configure Exchange Hybrid for migrating mailboxes from Cloud to On-Premise (not the other way around). Currently, we are using Exchange 2019.
Key tasks include:
- Complete Setting up Exchange Hybrid configuration, now it works only from on-prem to cloud.
- Migrating mailboxes as needed.
- Scripting to export multiple PST files simultaneously.
