Exchange 2019 DAG Connectivity Troubleshooting

I'm currently facing a connectivity issue with my Exchange 2019 Database Availability Group (DAG). The DAG is unable to see the witness share on a separate server even though I have confirmed that the share is still present. This issue arose after I made some recent changes to the server configurations.
