DFS Replication Not Working - AD Schema might be the root cause of the issue

To whom it may concern,
We are currently having some issues with DFS Replication. We are getting this error in the event viewer (error 6006 see attached). When we run a DFRS health report, we are getting cannot access the local WMI repository, inconsistent configuration detected (missing object). Checked the wmi control and I can confirm I can interact with the other server.
We've also tried tapping in Microsoft support with little to no progress on resolving this issue.
We need assistance with determining the root cause of the issue and reviewing if this is a deeper AD schema issue.
