Calabrio On-Prem Upgrade Project -- 2
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I am running Calabrio Quality Management (now branded under Verint) on-premises at version 11.5 and need an expert to move us to a newer build. I have narrowed the target to a specific release above 11.5—currently 11.5.94—but I may refine that once we review the release notes together.
Your scope will cover the complete upgrade lifecycle:
• Perform a clean, tested upgrade of the existing 11.5 environment to the agreed-upon version.
• Install and validate the required security certificates so every service starts without trust errors.
• Re-configure integration with our Active Directory for seamless single sign-on.
• Change the Calabrio servers to a new Windows domain while preserving all call recordings, QM data, and historical reporting.
I will supply full server access, maintenance windows, and any license keys. Success means the platform is upgraded, AD logins work, recordings continue without gaps, and all web portals load over HTTPS with the new certificate.
