Active directory Acces Matrix

The project is for getting the access Matrix by user / groups for an OU .The important of the Matrix is to allow the control of the users to access the shared folder inside the File server periodically . Any user left the company should not appear in the matrix, his account needs to be disabled and removed later . For cyber security mutter , this MATRIX must be reviewed , updated and approved from the Company management in a period of 3 or 4 Months.That get the company more secure and HR management well appointed .
